My favorite home workout exercises

I am a big fan of home workouts. You don’t need any fancy equipment nor do you have to leave your home.All you need for todays routine is an exercise matt.I did this routine after a short 5k run and it is a really effective 20 minute workout that covers everything from mobility work to some upper and lower body exercises which will break a light sweat.
